We allow our ward to join the trial organized by “Flow Sports Life” operated by Himura Sports Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”or “Flow”) and / or by its affiliates/facility partners/associates/Coaches at (address of the location). The details given above are correct and I confirm for my voluntary desire to enroll my child/ward/myself for the program. I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates including but not limited to its (and its affiliates’) officers, directors, consultants, agents, employees and Vendors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by the Indemnitees that arise out of, result from any mishap. Our ward is physically fit and will abide by the rules & regulations given by the coach-in-charge.
